Breaded seabass with walnuts and a mango sauce

A delicious and elegant dish, good for both your heart and your soul


  • 2 fresh seabass fillets
  • 300 g mango
  • 120 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 lime
  • 30 g ground hazelnuts
  • 1 sprig fresh marjoran
  • a pinch of salt


1. Separate the marjoran leaves from the sprig and add them to the breadcrumbs

2. Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix until combined

3. Place the fillet on a chopping board and slice it in half lengthways, keeping the lower part attached.

4. Place the fillet in the breadcrumbs and press lightly until coated

5. Fold the fillet to form a braid then place it onto the Crisp Plate

6. Use the higher griddle to place the fish inside the oven cavity

7. Select Dual Crisp Fry, Breaded Fish Fillets, than press Start

8. Remove the skin and pit from the mango while the fish is cooking

9. Blend the mango flesh with the lime juice and a pinch of salt

10. To serve, drizzle the fish fillets with mango sauce and sprinkle with ground walnuts.
