Honey glazed steamed salmon with lime and raspberries

The sweetness of honey and raspberries, the tang of lime, and the flavor of salmon combine with the delicacy of 100% steam cooking of the W7 - WCollection. A recipe that satisfies your senses with a twist of sweetness.


  • 600 g fresh salmon fillets
  • 30 g honey
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 20 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small bunch fresh basil
  • 1 lime
  • a pinch of pink pepper
  • a pinch of sea salt


1. Combine the honey and lime juice in a mixing bowl

2. Place the salmon fillet onto a baking tray, glaze it with the honey mixture, and season it with ground pink pepper and sea salt

3. Place the baking tray in the oven on the special perforated pan for steam cooking

4. Fill the tank with running water until the display indicates that the tank is full

5. Select the Pure Steam function, set the temperature to 95°C and the cooking time to 10 minutes

6. Blend the raspberries with the balsamic vinegar and basil leaves

7. Arrange the salmon fillets on serving plates and drizzle with the raspberry purée and cooking juices

8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves to serve
