1. For starters, pour crustless bread, almonds, mint, marjoram, orange rind and cheese in a mixer. Blend until mixture is smooth.
2. Next, bread the swordfish slices with the aromatic breading mix.
3. Turn on the hot plate and grease it with a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
4. Finally, cook the swordfish slices on each side, on medium heat for a few minutes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
